We are currently recruiting a Raw Materials Administrator who will be responsible for ordering and maintaining stock levels for materials & packaging stocks.
Who are we looking for?
• Previous MRP experience preferrable.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Demonstrates team working, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Ability to work using their own initiative.
• Takes ownership of work.

• Numerical and logical thinker.

Responsibilities
• Work with the team to maintain stocks on site to ensure no stoppages
• Provide cover within the team
• Check the status of all deliveries and resolve any queries, working with procurement where necessary.
• Work closely with the warehouse to ensure capacity is available for incoming deliveries and inbound deliveries are managed accordingly
• Work with procurement highlighting any issues.
• Update various spreadsheets as and when needed
• Build relationship with the warehouse team
• Monitor all delists to reduce liability. Work alongside the stock control team
• Review launch schedule and highlight new materials
• Work with our various suppliers, look to build a good relationship with them
• Provide cover for uploading forecast
